Method

For the pop-corns

In a skillet, heat the oil, add the corn grains, cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes until all corn is popped. Add salt to taste.

To finish

Arrange the slices of Grass – lard on the plates, then the pop-corns covered with honey, and finally add the toasted seeds.

Ingredients

  • 50g Grass lard cut in thin slices
For the pop corns
  • 10 g corn kernels for popcorn
  • 2 ml oil seeds
  • 1 g fine salt
  • To finish
  • 50 g toasted seeds (flax, sunflower, sesame, poppy seeds)
  • 20 g Carrigue honey
