Focaccia with ham, burrata and basil

Method

Cut the focaccia in half.

Toast it a few minutes in the oven at 160 °.

Stuff with burrata, a few slices of ham and some basil leaves.

Finish with a round of olive oil and ground pepper.

  • 4 burratine
