Method

For the cooked figs

Cook the dried figs with red wine and sugar for 15 minutes, add cloves and let it all cool.

Discard the cloves and set aside.

To finish

Between two slices of bread, place the Driss – salami, the figs preserve, and sliced fresh figs.
