Method

Toast a slice of bread 1 cm high in the oven until it becomes golden and crunchy.

Season the bruschetta with some olive oil and salt.

Place the burrata on the slice of bread, some chopped cherry tomatoes, the slices of pork bresaola and finish with some lemon zest and a round of oil.
